Amazing! A wonderful experience! I felt so safe and taken care of. Everything went extremely well and turned out great! Dr. Kramer answered every question I had and explained it in terms I understood. The staff are so great! Took great care of me and were so kind. It can be scary having some work done but Dr. Kramer and his staff made it very easy and comfortable.

Start to finish this entire office has been amazing. I received smart lipo on my neck and I am extremely happy with my results and so happy I had Dr. J perform this procedure. So much follow up care, made me feel very cared for. Always answered all my silly questions.

The girl in my dermatologist 's office has the most incredible eye lashes I've ever seen. Not silly stupid.. But really really really amazing!! She uses this, so I bought it from their office. I read a quote by Dr. Jacono, N.Y. He suggested you find a doctor who demonstrates affability, approachability and availability. My doctor has these three qualities in great abundance. Follow up appointments and emails have helped me immensely in dealing with the anxiety I face with a nose and upper lip out of normal position. He is patient in helping me have patience with the healing process.
